The Douro valley is the oldest demarcated wine region in the world and is also a landscape of rare beauty and of undoubted historical importance. As such, it was considered by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site in 2001. Knowing the Douro is not just visiting the region. It is to discover a place with history, culture and unique people. In the middle of hills, farms and vineyards stand out large houses of the century. XVIII, with its imposing facades that demonstrated the importance of the families that lived in them. Today, in addition to the famous Port wine, the region produces numerous table wines, red and white, recognized and awarded worldwide.
This is a special tour that we propose. A 2 or 3 day tour, with several suggested activities, among which, tours with incomparable beauty landscapes, a wine tasting in one of the farms in the region and a boat trip in the Douro.

2nd Day: Departure from the hotel; visit to the olive oil museum in Pinhão. S. Leonardo da Galafura viewpoint; lunch at S. Leonardo da Galafura; visit to a wine farm with wine tasting. Douro museum - Régua; free afternoon in Régua; return to the Hotel; dinner.

3rd Day: Departure to the city of Lamego; free morning in Lamego; lunch; return to Lisbon; arrival in Lisbon
