It's the longing for shade in the summer! Évora, a UNESCO heritage city, is a place of great cultural and gastronomic wealth, where you can find traces of various civilizations... the Roman temple of Diana, the Gothic cathedral, the Manueline-style Church of São Francisco. A visit to a farm and a winery with a wine tasting is your option, which we may or may not include in the program, but which we strongly recommend as it is a unique experience!
