Service Description
This tour begins with a visit to the sanctuary of Fátima, one of the largest Marian sanctuaries in the world, and will be a moment of introspection. We will then head to Batalha, where we will visit the monastery. An exceptional architectural complex that resulted from a promise made by King João I in gratitude for the victory in the battle of Aljubarrota in 1385, which secured his throne and ensured the independence of Portugal. We will end in Óbidos, a medieval town with narrow streets and picturesque whitewashed houses, whose castle, still well preserved, is located within the walls.
